Done earlier than expected!

This is my second purchase at Ford in the past year. Ricky has been awesome through the whole process. That’s why I came back with no issues. He called me when trucks were available and kept in touch with me during the process. The place is always clean. The reception is always quick and friendly. I have to say you don’t hear a lot of good things about dealerships, but both purchases have been outstanding. That has everything to do with your people. Again, Ricky was awesome. Very informative. Always gets back to you quick over the phone without waiting. not only was I referred from a friend that also dealt with Ricky but I have also referred people and they have had outstanding service as well. You got a good one there

A little disappointed in the wait time for what I thought would be an easy, quick recall fix. But my service rep was friendly and efficient, and I even got my car washed!
