communication is probably the most important part of having a vehicle repaired and when you are forced to make a appointment before you can get the problem fixed you expect to get progress reports while repairs are being done . If you’re vehicle shows a code at ten a night and tells you to take your vehicle to the closest repair facility how can i make a appointment prior to going to ford dealer so the first question you get hit with at the ford service writer station is do you have a appointment and my answer is you’re vehicle didn’t give me the choice it said take to nearest authorized dealer or have vehicle towed!!!!! so getting asked if i have a appointment is what i want to hear when my very expensive vehicle breaks down. and if my vehicle is being repaired under a warranty problem or recall and going to take several days a loaner vehicle should be provided….. communication is probably the most important part of service writers job cause that is very important in Good customer service

Quick service. Fixed my issue. The only reason you didn't get a fifth star was I was kept waiting 20 minutes when I turn my car in. No one came up to greet me or say a word.
