I believe that my salesperson, Steven Ibarra, genuinely wanted to give me the best experience possible; and he did. I also was happily surprised at the out the door price. Both he and Richard Fetech in the finance department gave me more than I had hoped for when I asked. I was treated with a great deal of courtesy and respect by both of them, and will highly recommend them when anyone asks.

Initially upon arrival I was told that they did not show my appointment. They then looked further on computer and found that I did in fact have appointment. Apparently there are glitches with scheduling system, especially on-line scheduling.

Service advisor was excellent. However I was very disappointed when told they were so backed up the service might not be completed that day. LMF should not take on so much work. That being said I was offered round trip transportation to my home.
