Smooth driveup, handoff and payment. Why not 5 stars? 2 hours for oil change (ie. The works) was long. Would have been nice to post that expectation on the webpage.

I worked with Cecil & he definitely helped me in a time of stress & was very patient with me while I was feeling overwhelmed after a car accident. Although I had given up on the chances of getting a new car in short notice Cecil did not. He had my back & made everything so seamless with the best resolution.
