The work done was excellent as usual!I arrive 10-15 min early for my 10:00 appt. I was greated then waited for my Service guy . I never got to see him I had to ask another Service member for help as I was running late for an Appointment .

Very professional, just did the job promptly and signed me out sooner than I expected.

We made an appointment the day before which we’ve never had to do but got told last week when we showed up they asked what day we wanted next week! Never has that happened in all the years we’ve been faithful customers. We left that day. We’ve always bought the maintenance package and now it’s out of reach. When does this stop and are you a business willing to stop it. We’re retired and can’t pass the cost to any. The Buck stops with us. So Larry Miller you’re loosing some loyal customers!

The service was hand over feet better than San Tan ford. From the time we walked in we were taken care of, we will be returning.
