Suzie did everything I needed. She completed my LOF keeping in mind if I had repairs I’d put off my coolant exchange. Since there were no repairs she notified me and I approved the coolant exchange.

The service department was jammed when we brought our vehicle in. Katlynn, our service advisor kept us informed throughout. She was aware of our need to have our vehicle by a certain date and without making false promises delivered the vehicle just in time.
