We bought our first CRV in 2020. Loved the car.The reason we came back to Larry Miller was because of Cody. We had an oil change there and the next day on a trip out of the area the oil pan stared to drag on the ground , we were going 65 mph. Very scary.A highway road crew came along n zip tied itback up and said two of the screws were missing. When we got home, I took it back to Larry Miller. The guy I dealt with in the service department was not very helpful, so I asked for the manager.That’s when I meant Cody. He was wonderful, took time to listen to my problem, asked how they could improve their service. I think he spent an hour with me. So that’s the main reason we came back to Larry Miller.Chuck was our salesman n he was outstanding too. No pressure, very patient with explaining all the features of the car. We loved our last CRV n love this one. We will definitely recommend Larry Miller to our friends.

Great customer service when you walk the showroom!!!!

Well I went in 5 days ago to trade in my car possibly and it was a Saturday and it was later in the evening and so the finance companies were not open anymore I was told that I would be getting a call back Monday by noon I never received a phone call I then called myself the person that I first deal with he was already gone for the day then the other person that was able to put together my payments and the one calling the credit unions I got his voicemail so I left him a message never received a call back that day then you came Tuesday no call back Wednesday no call back and here we are Thursday no call back. Also the last question on here is I'm asking if you guys could get a picture of me with my new vehicle my vehicle is not new I was sent back with the broke down vehicle that I took it in to see about fixing and yeah like it was just giving me back to me the exact same issues I need my car to survive as it is my way of bringing an income also I didn't get a new car plan is simple I never got a call back so not sure what that last question is about and I don't have a picture of me with my new car because I'm still the old me with my old car
