I had a great experience working with Travis! I originally came in planning to test drive a CR-V, and he had everything ready for me when I arrived. After seeing the Pilot TrailSport next to it, I completely changed course and asked to test drive the Pilot instead. Travis was incredibly patient, never made me feel pressured, and gave both my husband and me the time we needed to drive it, talk it over, and make the decision that was right for us.This was a big purchase for me, and I really appreciated how comfortable and straightforward Travis made the entire experience. I never felt like I was being pushed into a vehicle or rushed through the process.
