We were visiting from out of town when the “oil life” indicator quickly dropped from 15% to 5%, and the check engine light came on. We thought we could wait until we returned home, but decided to schedule an oil change and have it checked. Carter was very helpful in getting us an appointment quickly. He was friendly, responsive, honest, supportive, and prioritized investigating and resolving our concerns. The root cause was urgent, and fortunately, the necessary part was in stock. It was corrected promptly without any pressure to add other non-urgent items. We’re glad we added Larry H. Miller Honda Boise to our itinerary. Thanks for the great service!
