Everything was great but the delay of getting the car to get serviced. Somehow it got miscommunicated that I dropped off the vehicle, while indeed I was waiting in the customer area until the quoted time.

I arrived a little early to my appointment and was a little confused on what to do (stay in my car or go inside) as it took a couple minutes before I was greeted. But once I was, Zach was very friendly and professional. I appreciated that he let me know my car would be inspected complimentary and that due to my fuel level my car might smell like gasoline after the service. He also offered me an Uber if I didn't want to wait. The wait time I was quoted was accurate. I used the vehicle service tracker throughout my wait and it never moved past "Inspection" so I was surprised when I was told that my vehicle was done. No pressure to get the recommendations on the vehicle completed so I was happy about that. Overall, a good experience.
