I have to admit I was very nervous but everyone was so nice and explained everything thing so well. Over all it was a great experience! I’m very happy!

Had an issue with a possible overcharged battery. Honda checked out all pertinent systems and found no problems. Totally relieved. And they didn’t charge me for their services…..

My advisor was peppy and happy! That makes all the difference in the interaction. I can appreciate someone that looks and feels happy to assist in a genuine manner. I believe her name was Angelica Suarez. She made the unexpected visit pleasant. The only thing that could have been better was the snack basket, it was on “E” and I was a little hungry. 😉 The popcorn did its job. Thank you!
