Roger did a great job of taking care of me today. I had come in previously for a routine oil change and their inspection found three things that I needed to take care of plus a recall fix so I scheduled another appointment first thing in the morning and I was out around 9:30 AM, which surprised me a little, but I was very appreciative. They did a great job!

Everyone was nice and professional . I did NOT like the AI when I called to schedule. It wouldn’t allow me to ask a representative questions and there were long lapses between sentences. I had to prompt by saying” hello” all the time to get any info.

I was treated professionally and with courtesy by Larry H Miller’s grandson, Ryan Miller. He kept me informed throughout the process.
