Time factor, arrived 12:20 car taken to service area . Car ready about 2:10 . Just had an oil change no specialty work done. No communication with anyone, I finally went to the service area to find out what was wrong. I was lost in the shuffle between the service desk!

We drove up and parked. Our salesman came right out and started talking to us and started looking at SUV’s hybrid. They had the dark blue one, but I asked if they had the special red and black one. We went inside and he drove up the the car that we purchased. He was down to earth and nice. No pressure at all. He worked up the numbers and helped us come to an agreement that fit our budget.

Worked with a great salesman. Wasn’t pushy. Just friendly and down to earth. Offered us a great deal and we took it after some finagling through calls and a few text messages.
