Staff was friendly and helped me add more services and work from less crowded areas in the dealership space

The man that helped us was excellent, he made being there fun.

Easy in, only one hour wait and easy exit. My only concern is this was second time trying to schedule online and neither time worked. Had to call next business day to schedule.

They are always busy but manage to still provide great customer service. The waiting area is very comfortable, the bistro counter provides a set up for anyone who has to work at a computer while waiting and the courtesy beverages and snacks are awesome- especially if the visit runs long.The techs and service reps provide tons of information and I have always felt they answer my questions honestly and treat me with respect.

Came in, arriving early because of light traffic & was taken right in, processed. I sat down & 30 minutes later my name was called & I was checked out & on my way.

Just seemed to take more time than necessary

Rep went above and beyond testing my CarPlay functionality to find it my cord was the issue.
