New car shopping, and had a great experience during our several visits and interactions with sales advisor Richard Price. We did three test drives of Hondas on different days with Richard and everything went perfect. Richard put no pressure on us (my daughter and me) to buy any certain Honda at a higher or lower price, as we discussed several models and trim levels. We settled on a Honda CR-V Hybrid AWD Sport L and were very happy with the price, rebates, and interest rate. Ryan Dowdle of the LMH finance dept was pleasant, explained aspects clearly and put no pressure on my daughter and me to purchase any of the add-ons we discussed. I was very happy with the entire experience & process.
