Just about everything was wonderful with my experience. Ainsley was great to work with. From the first visit it was quite refreshing with the sales people not being overly aggressive or pushy at all. I think I got a fantastic deal and received a great offer on my trade, not fully what I wanted but very close. After all was said and done we were in and out in under 90 minutes on the day of signing/pick up. I left thinking wow what a great experience, I don’t think I’ve ever left a dealership feeling like I got a good deal when buying a car or such a pleasant overall experience. My only small complaint was not having a full tank of gas as advertised and a once over/through with a cloth and vacuum would have been nice.
