The dealership did a fine job troubleshooting my issue. While they didn't really solve it completely, they were able to give me more information about the issue and a work around that I can use if it bothers me enough. The service advisor, Zack, is super helpful and very interested in getting to the bottom of all issues. I really appreciate his attention to detail and drive to solve the problem, correctly. I have been lucky to have him assigned to my vehicle each time I have come in for a service.
