Tim was first person to explain importance of brake fluid flush. I had been postponing it until brakes needed replacing. Also explained “unusual” longevity (78k and counting) of factory pads despite mostly city driving.Also took steps to document services performed by independent shop we trust that your computer keeps warning us about. Your service log software should allow for this but apparently does not. Either that or no one has bothered to figure it out?!
