Nice employees. I appreciated the recommendations and not getting pressured to do things.When I arrived for pick up, it took the employees a while to notice me or offer assistance, but once they did, they were very friendly.

Overall the staff was amazing and the service was great because now I have a functional A/C system in my vehicle. I was a little disappointed that my car was delayed several days than anticipated and the part that was meant for my vehicle was "accidently" taken for another vehicle. Thankfully I had a vehicle to replace while my vehicle was being serviced but it did prevent me from working my second job for the week.

Mike was great at helping me out. Oil change did take quite a while even with an appointment. Was surprised to hear that I should get new tires with only 20k on tires that came from the Honda factory
