I worked with Roger in Service. My low-beam headlights were only producing light directly in front of my vehicle. Roger and his people performed an inspection and found that my bulbs had both burned out. I change my own bulbs (but had never seen this effect before) so that was the end of the visit. It was thorough and effective. Thank you.
