Express Service was to be an hour and fifteen minutes but took over 2 hours. Then our car came out of service with a cracked windshield

I brought my car in to have the AC serviced. After initial inspection they suggested that I have a total EVAC. Also rear brake pads are needing changed. They came out with a price of $918 is what it would cost. My heart sank that was not what I was told over the phone. Well Tim failed to communicate was that was total bill for all the repairs not just the EVAC. Communication is key.

With Carter's help, I was able to be seen right away without appointment, when catalytic converter was diagnosed to be going out.

The service at this location is top notch! Angelica Suarez and the service team were very quick to diagnose and fix my car that had to be towed to the shop. Angelica provided frequent updates and arranged transportation.
