I made an appointment for Mondayat Les Schwab for a pre teio check and tire rotatiin but, suddenly for no apparent reason, all my assist lights were flashing on the dash. I tried a chat through Larry Miller Honda but, wasn't really finding what I needed or maybe I worded it wrong. As soon as I stopped the chat, Zachary called me. He went through multiple check points with us, was very patient amd we decided id need to bring my car in, he got me in the next day. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I tend to panic and had alot of questions and Zackery answered all my questions. He was kind and very patient with me. 5 stats all the way. I bought my car from them 4 years ago, a year later I co signed on a car for my son, then another year or two later, my daughter was in the market for a new car so, I sent her to Larry H Miller Honda in Boise. Not a problem, ever. I will continue my business there for maintenance needs and if I ever decide to trade in or buy a new car. My experience there today was fantastic, thank you Zackery!!
