My experience was excellent, the price for oil change was great. Just a little recommendation : your service package is 3 oil change plus tires rotation, is great but expired.

All of the employees were polite and professional. I was able to get some work done on my laptop while waiting for my car, so I appreciate the waiting area was convenient and very comfortable. Service was great as al always!

Overall the sales experience was very good. Our Sales person Chance was very professional, friendly and answered all of our questions. We also appreciated Chad the GM coming out to visit us on the initial visit to explain and apologize why I as a 10 year military veteran didn’t qualify for Honda’s Military Appreciation program (I personally feel Honda should rethink their policy because a Veteran is a Veteran regardless of how long they served and length of time since their separation).

At first they didn't think they could honor their coupon but came through for me.

I brought my car in to be serviced before a cross country trip. The mechanic completed an oil change and rotated tires. All good. However, a complete inspection revealed an old and very worn drive train belt that needed to be replaced before driving 2200 miles—it surely would have broken on the drive leaving us without AC and an alternator at the very minimum. After approval the belt was replaced and I was on my way. I appreciate the thoroughness of the mechanics work. I would recommend LM Honda services to anyone with a Honda!

Timely and efficient topped off with a free car wash. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Kept informed of progress.
