Kudos to the mechanic who took great care of my CR-V as well....very thorough inspection and feedback. Only negative feedback is that I left two unreturned phone messages on Friday May 2nd trying to find out about your procedures for leaving a towed vehicle. On Saturday May 3, Lettie tried to get me connected to a service staff, but the phone just kept ringing. When I called back and explained my situation, she answered my questions and gave me the information I needed Lettie is a jewel in your corporation.
