Relatively painless experience. Had a hiccup with initial vehicle delivery and had to wait for a new one, but was still within the estimated timeframe and Raquel was very nice and helpful through the whole process, we were in and out pretty quick.

No wiggle room on price which was no bueno. Did get three years of services which was nice. Paperwork wait with finance department took too long. Bradley did a nice job. Blessed to have purchased such a nice car.
