I paid $1500+ to have my car serviced . Then received a message saying it needs to have an additional $6000 of work on it. OR get another car. Yikes!

Candice took very good care of explaining everything to me and telling me what was going on everyday. I’m grateful for the close attention to details.

Angelica was very nice and made me feel comfortable telling her my issues and she said she would get Frank. Frank went out of his way to help me understand the process and what was done to my vehicle because the tech Tim did not come through with this information. Frank took care of us and was kind and understanding. He was also quick but not too quick, he never made me feel he had a ton of work to do even though I am pretty sure he did. I drive all the way from Nampa to have my car services here for the last 3 years and will continue to. Thank you Frank and Team.

Spencer was great. We didn’t realize our warranty had just expired but he honored it for us.
