Frank and Bradley were great. Frank was very knowledgeable about the CR-V Hybrid and made sure we were comfortable the whole time.

The car buying experience was quick and easy. I did start the process on-line and spent about an hour and a half in the dealership. It was all a no hassle deal. One of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car.

I did not end up going with you guys for buying my new car. Reason is. The guy who contacted me after inquiring about a vehicle was so pushy. He sent my information to banks when I told him to wait. Then responded to me sarcastically. I ended up buying from Tom Scott Honda. When I informed him I had already bought a car somewhere else he continued to argue with me and harass me about what he did and did not do for me to go somewhere else. Sending me screenshots of our conversations to justify himself. Very unprofessional. If I bought somewhere else there’s no reason for your people to argue with me about why. His name was Clint.

Me and my mom and best friend went in a few weeks ago to test drive, we met Frank and he was a great salesman. He helped me pick out the right car to fit my needs. At this point we were still waiting for a few things to fall into place before we bought the car. We went back in yesterday and we found him right away, we did another test drive of my soon to be car. He was very understanding and amazing. He helped me make the right decisions as being a first time buyer! We also talked an amazing finance agent named Bradley, he was incredible and made sure all the paperwork was explained before signed. It was an amazing experience and I’m so glad I picked Larry H.
