Purchased a 2025 hybrid civic sport touring. Rachel was great through the whole process. She kept us informed at every step till the car arrived. She was great. Ryan the finance person was funny and easy to work with. My only comment would be to speed up the process some. We filled out everything we could online and it still took 3 hrs.

I felt the urgent recommended Alignment Service was unwarranted. Especially when the Before measurements were BETTER than the final results. I fully understand the business model of add on services but feel this was not what I expected from LHM.
