Professional, thoughtful and helpful. This was my first time purchasing a car and Arthur greeted me as soon as I arrived. He was thoughtful and patient with my questions and back and forth between models. He even stayed late on a Friday... which I hate when people make me do as I also work in sales. So... I am sorry, but thank you. The service I received from Arthur and the team at this dealership made me not want to keep looking at other dealerships. And I love my car :) I might have been switched to a Honda girl. Thanks Arthur.
