I took the car in for a recall and Tim Rice noticed I needed an oil change and tire rotation. He contacted me within the first hour of having my car and offered to do the rotation and change while they had my car. He called later and asked if I needed a front end alignment since I hand purchased the car a year ago, and let me know of Honda's suggestions of a yearly alignment. I declined that offer without any pushback from him.The car was done earlier than promised. Tim called to let me know the results and a video was sent of them working on my car. I picked it up that evening just prior to their closing. Tim introduced himself and reviewed the paperwork with me. He then walked me out to my car and wished me a good night.

Bradley was fun, super down to earth and not pressuring on things which made the process less stressful. Told him things I didn't want, for instance I wanted a car with low mileage and guess who came through?? He did! Best experience I have had with a sales rep. So thank you Bradley kudos to you!!!
