My experience was positive because of professional, and personable care by Zack. He listened attentively and responded to my questions and concerns with patience.I appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting area, and the generous food and drink items.My car needed to have a number of thingsaddressed and I would be there from 9amuntil 3pm. So having a pleasant place to waitis important. Thank you for providing that.

The staff was professional and courteous as usual. Tim was great to meet and Carter came over to say hi since he's helped me a number of times. I hate having to drive to boise from Mountainless Home for various recalls and whatnot, but at least the experience at Lary H Miller is ALWAYS pleasant!

Better than great service today. I love the videos you do now to explain services, and I love having a mechanic I fully trust (over 20 years now!) An... I realized I'd forgotten to ask to get the old spsrk plugs (I love looking at the car parts)... but they know me... and what a wonderful surprise to find them in my car when I picked it up (after hours)... talk about amazing service! Thank you Michael & Jake! :)
