My 2014 Honda Odyssey’s check engine light came on and the code was above what we could do so we called Larry H. Miller on Friday and they got us an appointment for that Monday. We were able to bring our van in on Saturday when my husband was home from work since he wouldn’t be home on Monday. Tim called me Monday morning to let me know they were starting work on my van and then called to ask some questions about it so they could better diagnose it. They had a diagnosis well within the hour of the free diagnostic. He told me they would need to order the part and it would be a day or two, which was fine. Then I got another call from him about 2 hours later letting me know that they had found the part at another one of their dealerships and had had it delivered. The part was already in the car and it was all fixed! Hooray! I told him I would have to wait for my husband to get home to come pick the van up and he said he would get me an uber there! What?! So an Uber showed up in about 12 minutes and I had my van home in under an hour from when he called me. Super professional and fast and they didn’t waste that one hour of free diagnostic work. We will definitely be bringing our van here again if it breaks again. Thanks so much! This van is our family car, we have 5 kids, and it is very hard to go without it. We appreciated the quick service!!
