I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for my car to be serviced. I did approve extra services that Honda said I needed so that extended my time. Staff was friendly and kept me up to date on how much longer.

My service advisor was Spencer. He did a great job explaining everything and kept in contact with me throughout the appointment to keep me apprised of what was going on and about how much longer it would take!
