Ainsley and Clint were excellent to work with. We did all of the negotiations via text. I only had to go into the dealership to sign. It was a quick and easy process. Other dealers would not work with me via text an attempted to be high pressure, instantly ruling themselves out in earning my business. I will recommend LHM Honda of Boise to others.

Communication could be better. Don’t know why there is a progress tracker if it doesn’t do anything. After 5+ hours had to track someone down to find out the state of my car.
