Received a software recall for our new 2025 Honda Pilot. We set up an appointment with Tim in the Service Department at Larry Miller Honda Boise a few days earlier. Recall notice suggested 20 minutes, but Tim said they like to reserve an hour in case other issues pop up. When we arrived on the day of the appointment we heard the schedule was a little backed up and may take about 2 hours. Tim suggested he could provide an Uber to/from Larry Miller if we wanted. We went to lunch. Once the recall was completed, Tim reviewed the work done on the recall and answered all our questions. We had some other questions regarding our new car, which Tim did a great job explaining and answering our questions. Tim gets a 10 out of 10 Excellent job. Thanks.

Experience was excellent. Dick Wilson was very pleasant to work with and highly knowledgeable regarding the vehicle, its features, and the process to purchase the new vehicle. Craig was also great to work with on the financing. Thank you all!
