Mike Munoz was wonderful as always. Some work was recommended, but when I have to say no, Mike takes that as an answer and does not push and that’s a good thing because when I’m pushed, I end up, leaving most likely permanently. The work was done in a timely manner. I like that my dog gets to hang there with me, most important Mike gave me a hardcopy of what needs to be done with my car and when I work it into my budget, I will be back to get that work done..

Overall good. I wasn’t pressured to buy services I didn’t need. Car was done earlier that expected.

I assisted my out of state parents with a purchase from your dealership. Dick Wilson was fantastic and probably my favorite salesman to date. 100% recommend.

Tim was very nice and helpful.

I can't in for an oil change. Was recommended that I have a recall issue fixed since a resolution has been identified. Also recommended a brake fluid came for a ridiculous amount. I declined both and will schedule the recall fix very soon. I personally replaced my cabin filter for $30, vs the $95 quote I was given in my service recommendation.

As always, staff were friendly. I was checked in promptly and my recall service was completed sooner than expected.

The CRV was serviced and two other maintenance tasks were completed.
