Roger is the man! Very informative, respectful, and just an all around great person to talk to.

Spencer did a great job of keeping us updated on the progress of the service/repairs and adjusted the bill in our favor of his own accord. We received the highest level of customer service that you don't typically find these days. Greatly appreciated!

Katie promptly met us as we exited our vehicle. She was thorough in checking for recalls and scheduled maintenance. Communication was excellent throughout the morning, as we had dropped the vehicle off. The service team completed the items that we requested and gave us a couple of options on items on the maintenance schedule.

Went changing tires but on the way back home it showed low pressure on one of the new ones. They took care of it immediately, so I’m satisfied-ish, though hoping they could’ve checked first.
