I had the best service through Spenser on my Toyota Rav 4. Although my used car had been recently purchased and had been checked thoroughly at the time of purchase, the battery had failed. I approved a new battery, and the car was ready to go in a brief time. I was offered coffee and the tow driver and Spenser removed my groceries and put them in the Uber(thank you for the Uber ride).Oh and all the electronics were back. Thanks so much

My visit was fine. I know with the advancement of technology, additional services a vehicle might need is often given to the customer over text. However, I really appreciate to be given the personal attention of an employee to present that to me….
