My salesperson Raquel was very knowledgeable about all the car options that I had questions on. I had not made up my mind about which SUV would be a good fit for me. She helped me narrow down my decision by listening to the options that were important to me. Love my Pilot!

Ainsley and Clint were excellent to work with. We did all of the negotiations via text. I only had to go into the dealership to sign. It was a quick and easy process. Other dealers would not work with me via text an attempted to be high pressure, instantly ruling themselves out in earning my business. I will recommend LHM Honda of Boise to others.

Communication could be better. Don’t know why there is a progress tracker if it doesn’t do anything. After 5+ hours had to track someone down to find out the state of my car.
