My problem was addressed and solved. I appreciated being treated with kindness.

It was good they did an initial inspection and provided written and video feedback. That stuff was nice and helpful (it showed me that the inner brake pad was wearing faster than the outer, which lets me know I should clean or replace my caliper pins). Tell mechanic (Jesse) thanks. I wish I had picked up my car in time to ask Jesse about the brake fluid comments, and details on the valve adjustment work. The service dude Mike did not explain the inspection well (what they would do and that they would even do it, and if it was a paid service or not). I also did not get much information from him about the online process (it initially appeared like it was an extra cost, and that I needed to act on the report before they continued the main work). The service costs were listed in 3 different amounts, which led to confusion. It would be nice to have a report or feedback on the main service (valves and spark plugs), such as pictures done like in the initial inspection (how bad were the old spark plugs, was the intake area silver clean or yellow, which valves needed adjustment and how much, kind of like you get with an alignment or tire report, in the cool format Jesse did with inspection).
