Everything was all right , the person who received my car was attentive all time keep in communication with me and coordinate an Uber for me since my car had a recall open and it would take longer than I was considering.

Very pleasant experience.Besides having my personal vehicle serviced they pointed out parts for recall on my vehicle are in now. They found my car in "green"condition and there was no charge. Recall was also taking care off and of course no charge for that. Was informed work could take a few hrs. and they provided Uber service to me . Everybody was friendly and very professional.

I set up an appointment and got right in the morning of the appointment. I was greeted by Tom ( Honda Service Advisor) got checked in (oil change) the service was completed within a hour and out I drove. Got the service I needed and no press to do the recommended services that were option. Great experience!!!
