Everything went smoothly and my car was ready when promised. It was clean and exceeded my expectations

My initial visit with Jason Dugger was great. He gave me a fair price on my vehicle. I signed papers to sell my vehicle on 7/2. I was told the process would take about 10 days to receive my check. As of today 8/4 I have not received the payment. I haven’t been given any new information. It’s unfortunate that I started the process thinking it was a great experience but now I won’t be purchasing a new car here.

Checking in the vehicle to be serviced was a very unpleasant experience. When trying to explain the issues that were of concern the service technician was rude, trying to discount our concerns. As if we did not know what was going on with our vehicle. They kept trying “mansplain” when we were explaining the issue.
