I am a first time new car buyer. I did not anticipate the amount of time required to work out the financing and I doubt that can be mitigated, but otherwise an overall good experience.

Travis worked very hard to find the perfect truck for us! And he didn’t try to sell us on something we didn’t need! The entire process was smooth and easy to understand… a great experience!

The car buying experience was quick and easy. I did start the process on-line and spent about an hour and a half in the dealership. It was all a no hassle deal. One of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car.

I did not end up going with you guys for buying my new car. Reason is. The guy who contacted me after inquiring about a vehicle was so pushy. He sent my information to banks when I told him to wait. Then responded to me sarcastically. I ended up buying from Tom Scott Honda. When I informed him I had already bought a car somewhere else he continued to argue with me and harass me about what he did and did not do for me to go somewhere else. Sending me screenshots of our conversations to justify himself. Very unprofessional. If I bought somewhere else there’s no reason for your people to argue with me about why. His name was Clint.
