The service went well

As usual, the team at Larry H Miller Honda Boise took great care of my car and of me while addressing a recall issue. They are quick, courteous, and transparent in repairs and pricing. Tim Rice was especially hopeful and communicative!

Head oil changed and tire rotation. They forgot to reset the tpms system after they rotated the tires so less than a mile down the road my Honda said we had low tire pressure and we had to pull over and check all the tires to make sure they weren’t low

Staff are really polite , great service, friendly community. I Love It!

Had a routine oil change. Everything went smoothly.

The service I received was troubling. The issue I brought my car in for was resolved, but I had to return multiple times over the following days to repair damage caused by the tech that worked on my vehicle. I'll further clarify...there were multiple separate issues caused by the service tech himself. My service writer, Zach, was your saving grace. He handled everything efficiently, professionally, and with empathy.

They welcomed me and took my requests of service into consideration. I'm familiar with some of the staff and the facility, so I wasn't worried.

Service was completed as determined. Additional service requirement was found and completed. It took a little longer than originally thought. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable., particularly Angelica.
