Roger Edward’s was very helpful today.The 4 new tires that I bought at this dealership in Nov. ‘24 were not initially balanced properly.3 of the 4 tires were out of balance !!!They were balanced today, free of charge.

Roger was the service manager that took care of my car. He was polite, friendly, mannerly, and very professional. He showed me pictures of parts that needed replacements and quoted me the prices. He was very helpful in arranging for my transportation (round trip) to go to TJMax while my car was being serviced. Roger was very helpful, kind and friendly to me and he made me comfortable while I waited for my car’s repair to be completed.
