My service was completed on time in a very professional manner. Tim told me ahead of time it would be an all day event when I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM. At 2 o’clock he called me to come and get my car.

Received notice that warranty parts were in and arranged a date/time for installation. Scheduler was very informative. Arrived at prescribed time and helped by staff. Later contacted by phone that the car was ready for pickup. Warranty issue was fuel pump located in the fuel tank. So far no issues with new fuel pump.

I came in to get a complementary service for my car by Cody! We had an issue our last appt and he took care of us to be able to receive this service. I truly appreciate him in taking care of me. I’m 7 months pregnant and it’s nice to have Cody give us outstanding customer service!
