Shawn helped my wife find the pilot she wanted. Made the test drive, customization, and purchase a smooth process that didn't last all day. He guided us through everything but gave us the space we wanted and never pushed.

Service writer was great with the exception that I had recieved a Facebook special for oil change for $39.95 but was told that was fire Honda only and non Honda were $49.95? And tire rotation was an extra $20.00. I could have gone to mazda dealer with their special for same $49 and it comes with tire rotation free. Felt like a bait and switch.
