Everyone was very kind, explained in detail what was happening, and answered any questions I had. Katie was awesome and I appreciate her and everyone’s help!

My only problem was I had a question about a notification that comes up on the screen of my Honda Accord telling me there is a system update available and to check my owners manual. I can’t find anything in the owners manual and nobody there could help me. I texted them with the exact message from the screen,and the person that I dealt with said she would call me back but she never did.
