Came in for a recall on my 2025 Pilot. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The service was so quick and I waited comfortably with a cup of coffee!

I was pleased with the service. I only have one complaint. When I left your facility I heard a rattle in my front end. When I stopped I got out and saw my hood was not closed. This has happened both times I have had my oil changed there. Not sure why this isn't checked before they let you leave.

Good experience. Very good communication but the things that were told to me that “needed” to be done were a bit high in price.

Service was great but a recommendation for maintenance for the vehicle was made without knowing whether service was done prior to the visit. I was not sure whether the said maintenance had been done until after the service was done and I checked my records which was done 5 months ago. There was no problem in reversing the charges and everything was fine. I am hesitant to accept recommended services in the future.

Oil change was awesome this time.
