My car is a Hyundai, so I have always taken it to the Hyundai dealership in Nampa. They have always done a great job, however they are always almost an hour behind schedule when I arrive for my scheduled appt, I'm sitting there for upwards of 3 hours, and at the end, the price is always more than what they tell me it will be when I check in. My mom has a Honda and she recommended that I take it to this dealership. Yesterday, I was greated as soon as I stepped out of my car by a very very kind older gentleman. He got me checked in and showed me where the bathrooms, complimentary popcorn, and waiting area were. He told me they were a little behind so it may be about an hour to an hour and a half. He was correct in his estimate and I was back on the road in about an hour! This was so awesome compared to my previous experiences elsewhere. There was also a deal going on yesterday (like a happy hour deal) and the man helping me wasn't sure I'd be able to get the deal since my car is not a Honda, and that was absolutely okay, but then he was able to work it out and I was so grateful for that! It was such a great first experience there.

I was greeted promptly. Chalissa was friendly and professional. I mentioned a couple of additional items I wanted checked. She called me with the results so I could choose whether to have additional repairs done. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was ready and my 20% off coupon was honored and I went on my way. Couldn’t have been better.

Very happy I stopped in after alert of low tire pressure. I was accepted without an appointment. A piece of metal was found and tire repared swiftly, the service attendant checking in with each update

Friendly staff. Had to wait for a while, but when you needed to keep the car overnight, I was pleased with the quick Uber accommodations.
