Roger was kind, communicative, got me in and out efficiently. Gave me clear timelines which was so helpful since I had my six month old baby with me! Kept me in the loop the whole time, and went the extra mile by pulling my car up directly to me so that I wasn’t having to carry my little baby in the rain. I will ask for Roger every time, he truly makes me experience at LM Honda worth it.

It is clear that the staff strives to make everyone as comfortable and welcome for long service visits as possible (never had a service visit that was under two hours), so if you have to wait, the staff in the service department make it tolerable.
